Guild Arms Race

Guild Arms Race (GAR) is a multi-stage guild event where members earn points through in-game activities across six sequential stages. Your guild’s combined score determines ranking rewards, while personal points unlock individual milestones. Each stage has a defined theme — the activities that count change from stage to stage.

Note: Point values may vary by server and are subject to change. Data sourced from infographics by Nomlette (updated 7/19/2025).

GAR runs for several days with each stage becoming active in sequence. During a stage, only the listed activities contribute points. Planning your spending, speed-ups, and training around stage timing is what separates top-scoring members from average ones.

Use 1 Dragon Essence1,200
Summon relic in tavern (premium)3,200

F2P: Construction speed-ups and facility upgrades are the most accessible sources. Queue your longest builds before the stage opens, then burn speed-ups during the window. Relic Shards earned from events give excellent points if you have them saved.

Spenders: Arcane Crystals and premium tavern summons stack up quickly. If you plan to summon relics regardless, this is the right stage to do it.

Boost Research Power by 1 pt40
Use 1 min Research Speed-up30

Summon relic in tavern (premium)3,200

Mirrors Stage 1 but rewards Research Power instead of Facility Power. Save your research speed-ups for this stage. Relic and Magic Stone activities continue to count, so cross-stage resource spenders can keep stacking points.

F2P tip: If you have long research queues already running, they won’t trigger the Research Power boost on their own — you need to complete research to gain the power boost that scores points.

Gather 2 Stones or Timber1
Gather 1 Ruby1
Kill level 1–30 mobs on world map40–1,200
Complete 1 Bounty Quest2,000

Help in a rally100
Use 100 Refined Metal400
Use 1 Magic Thread400
Use 1 Orichalcum600

This is the most F2P-friendly stage. Bounty Quests give 2,000 points each — complete every one available. Mob kills scale with level, so prioritise the highest-level mobs your marches can reach. Joining a rally costs nothing and contributes 100 points per kill, adding up across the day.

Refined Metal, Magic Thread, and Orichalcum are high-efficiency consumables — use your stock here rather than outside the event window.

Stage 4 — Call of the Hero (Preparation)

Consume any Hero Shard1,000 / 4,000 / 4,000

Tavern pulls give 1,500 points each — if you’ve been saving summon tickets or diamonds, spend them during Stage 4. Hero Shards give strong points depending on shard tier.

F2P tip: Time your free daily tavern pulls for this stage. Even a single pull per day across multiple members adds up significantly at the guild level.

Consume 100 pet food960
Use 1 min Training Speed-up30
Complete the training of Soldiers (level 1–11)40–450

Troop training is the focus of Stage 5. Queue your highest-tier soldiers before the stage opens, then burn training speed-ups to complete them during the window. Pet food gives 960 pts per 100 — save it for this stage rather than spending it between events.

Higher-tier soldier training (levels 9–11) gives up to 450 points per completion, so prioritise them if your castle level allows.

Win 1 battle in Fort Contest50
Participate in 1 Fort Contest battle50
Use 1 min Healing Speed-up30
Heal soldiers (per troop healed, level 1–10)1–7
Kill level 1–10 soldiers1–?
Kill level 1–11 soldiers in Fort Contest3–21
Consume 100 pet food960

Stage 6 is the war stage — points come from Fort Contest participation and healing. Even losing a Fort Contest battle still earns 50 points, so join every battle your guild enters regardless of the expected outcome.

Healing efficiency: If you took losses in early war activities, use healing speed-ups now — every healed troop generates points. Don’t spend healing speed-ups before Stage 6 opens.

Pet food remains valuable in Stage 6 if you have remaining stock after Stage 5.

  • Coordinate resource spending — guild officers should announce which stage is active so members know what to save and when to spend
  • Don’t waste speed-ups between stages — a construction speed-up spent during Stage 3 generates zero points; save it for Stage 1 or 2
  • Bounty Quests in Stage 3 are the most accessible point source for F2P members — never skip them
  • Every point counts in guild ranking — small contributions across many members compound into leaderboard positions
