Exclusive Gear is a hero-specific equipment system that unlocks as you promote hero gear. Each hero has their own Exclusive Gear that provides unique stat bonuses and strengthens their kit. Upgrading requires Universal Exclusive Gear Shards — a shared resource across all heroes.

How It Works

• Exclusive Gear levels unlock alongside hero gear promotions (starting at gear level 11)
• Each Exclusive Gear level requires a set number of Universal Exclusive Gear Shards
• Costs increase per level, with steeper jumps after level 14
• Max level is currently 20, requiring 1,185 total shards from scratch

Tips

• Prioritize your carry heroes first — spreading shards across too many heroes slows progress
• Shards are universal, so you can shift investment if your lineup changes
• The cost curve steepens significantly after level 14 (from 5-shard increments to 10–20 shard jumps)
• Levels 1–10 cost 275 shards total; levels 11–20 cost 910 — over 3x more for the second half
